In 1947, the Lee family began crafting chocolates by hand, drawing on the rich flavours and artisanal spirit of one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited cities. What started as a small family endeavour quickly became a beloved local institution, known for its uncompromising quality and the warmth of every piece made.
